The vs89 VIP Program is specially designed to reward every loyal member. The more active you play, the higher your VIP tier — and the more privileges waiting for you every day.
Every vs89 member starts from the bottom and can level up based on total gaming activity. Each tier comes with its own distinct privileges.
As a vs89 VIP member, you are entitled to a range of privileges designed to enhance your gaming experience every day.
Cashback is credited directly to your account every week with no manual claims required. The higher your VIP tier, the higher your cashback percentage.
Gold and Platinum members get a dedicated personal agent ready to assist you with deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and any enquiries — whenever you need them.
VIP members enjoy significantly higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits compared to regular members, giving you greater flexibility in managing your wins.
Vs89 values your special day. VIP members at Silver tier and above will receive an exclusive birthday bonus automatically credited during your birth month.
Deposit and withdrawal requests from VIP members are processed with higher priority, ensuring your transactions are completed faster than the standard queue.
VIP members get early access to the latest promotions and invitations to exclusive campaigns not announced to regular members, including VIP tournaments and special rewards.
Every gaming activity at vs89 automatically accumulates your VIP points. No separate registration needed — our system tracks everything in real time.
VIP points are calculated based on your total valid wagers. Every RM1 wagered earns a different number of VIP points depending on the game type. VIP points are recalculated every calendar month.
Many Malaysian users have tried various online betting platforms, but only a few have truly experienced the difference of being a VIP member. At vs89, the VIP program is more than just a label or tier number on your profile — it is a genuine commitment from us to ensure that every ringgit you invest on this platform receives a worthy return, in the form of rewards, special treatment and a more satisfying gaming experience.
What sets vs89 apart from other platforms is the transparency and simplicity of our VIP system. No hidden conditions, no complicated terms and no confusing time limits. Simply play as usual and our system will automatically calculate your VIP points in the background. Whenever you reach the set threshold, a tier upgrade happens automatically — you will receive a notification directly to your account.
One of the things vs89 VIP members love most is the weekly cashback. Unlike some platforms that offer cashback with high rollover requirements, cashback at vs89 is credited with very reasonable terms and can be used more freely. For Platinum members, cashback of up to 3% every week means you always get a return even in less fortunate weeks.
More importantly, this cashback is calculated based on your total net wagering — not purely on losses alone. This means even when you are winning, you are still accumulating benefits from every wager placed. This system is fairer and more rewarding compared to the conventional cashback model that only pays out when you lose.
Imagine having a personal account manager who understands your needs and preferences — that is what vs89 offers Gold and Platinum members. Your personal agent is not just a regular customer service representative; they are specially trained individuals dedicated to helping you get the best experience on the vs89 platform.
Whether you want the latest updates on promotions suited to your game type, need assistance with the KYC process, or simply want to ask about smarter betting strategies — your personal agent is ready to help at any time. Communication can be done through a variety of easy and secure channels.
Another vs89 VIP privilege highly valued by members is the ease of withdrawal. VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing — in most cases, withdrawals can be completed in a significantly shorter timeframe compared to regular members. This is especially important when you want to access your big wins immediately.
Higher daily and monthly withdrawal limits mean you never have to worry about caps getting in the way of enjoying your full wins. For more information on the withdrawal process and limits applicable to each VIP tier, you may visit the Withdrawal us.
The beauty of the vs89 VIP program lies in its flexibility — VIP points are accumulated across all game categories available on the platform. Whether you prefer betting on a sports, playing at the table casino live, or trying your luck on slot machines — all these activities contribute to your VIP points.
This means you are not locked into a single game type to earn rewards. You are free to explore everything vs89 has to offer while accumulating points and enjoying VIP privileges that grow over time. Diversifying your games is not only more enjoyable, but also more strategic for maximising your VIP rewards.
Vs89 understands that VIP members typically manage larger transaction volumes. As such, VIP account security receives extra attention from our security team. Two-factor authentication, real-time transaction monitoring and 256-bit SSL encryption ensure every one of your transactions is fully secure.
We also enforce a strict identity verification (KYC) policy to protect all members, especially VIP members. This process may take a little time initially, but it is an investment in the long-term security of your account. Our team will guide you through every step in a smooth and friendly manner.
